I've made a tutorial on how to convert .ltb files to .smd files. There's an imgur gallery, a video guide, and a quick text guide. You need 7-Zip and Blender (or any modeling program that supports .smd files).
Text Tutorial:
- locate rez2 folder
- open with rez explorer
- extract certain folder/file you want
- rename the extension .ltb to .lzma
- open 7zip and extract .lzma
- rename file back to .ltb
- run as admin LTB to smd.exe
- locate ltb (1st button)
- ltb to lta (2nd)
- lta/ltb to smd (3rd)
- open blender
- import from smd
- make naughty stuff
