Мгновенный - значит сюрикен будет выпущен и до первого касания (жертвы или иного прикосновения с чем угодно) он возвращается обратно (урон в радиусе наносится в момент прикосновения)
Длительный - сюрикен выпускается и возвращается примерно через 2-2.5 сек. обратно к вам, оттлакиваясь от стен и всего к чем прикасается в течение этого времени (можно изменить) (урон наносится в момент начала возвращения сюрикена)
Более того, когда сюрикен возвращается к вам он также наносит урон всех кого встречает на пути (врагам разумеется).

zp_des_shuriken_dmg 30 // Начальный урон сюрикена
zp_des_dmghead 15 // Урон, добавляемый к стандартному сюрикену за каждую голову
zp_des_type 1 // Тип головореза. 0 - будет заражать на левую кн. мыши, на правую наносить урон, 1 - всегда наносить урон
Перезарядка в исходнике меняется (стоит стандартно 25 сек. с HUD отображением)
