Что касательно строчки с доступом , помимо проверки на флаг который "ADMIN_RCON"
Я так же добавил проверку на пароль (Может кому пригодится)
Так же можно проверку отключить если вы не хотите
Команда вызова: "zp_bn_lvl_system_menu" - Консоль
или
Команда вызова: "/zp_bn_lvl_system_menu" - Чат
Желательно писать команду в чат так как после написания вылазит чат с вводом пароля
И если вы будете вводить в консоле и он вылезет то можете закрыть окно ввода пароля
Это не баг а так задумано
P.S - Что касательно некоторых нюансов:
Название званий а также строчку вычесление убийств для след уровня я брал с этого плагина:

Что бы потом не писали в коментариях "гуру скриптеры" что я что то скопипастил другой плагин и нихрена не зделал , все чем я довольствовался это идеей а так весь плагин не смотря на другие был написан с нуля.
