-Description:

This plugin ports the Displacer Cannon from Half-Life: Opposing Force into CS 1.6 with Zombie Mod support.

It includes new features for ZM gameplay:

- Features & Updates:

• Weapon available in Extra Items Menu (soon exclusive for SVIP users).

• Primary Attack (Attack1):

- Teleports targeted Zombies or Humans to a random/safe location

- Can help humans escape from being trapped by zombies

• Secondary Attack (Attack2 / Alternate):

- Creates a portal behind the player

- Teleports the player to a valid spawn point

- Deals damage to nearby zombies both at origin and destination

- Includes 1.24s delay with sound: displacer_spin2.wav

• Charging system: 3 shots per charge

• Cooldown: 120s with smart alerts at 60s and 15s

• Charge message limited to 3 times when spamming

• Auto-reset when charges become available

• Purchase limits for balance:

- Normal players ? Max 3 buyers per round (only if ? 9 zombies)

- VIP/Admin ? Max 2 buyers per round

• Clean colored chat messages for clear notifications

• Fully stabilized for smoother and balanced gameplay

• Fixed negative timer bug

- Suggested Tests:

1. Purchase Test: Buy weapon as Human, check model & sounds

2. Primary Attack Test: Fire energy ball at zombies, check damage & effects, ensure allies not hit

3. Secondary Attack Test: Use teleport in safe area, ensure valid spawn & damage to nearby zombies

- Ready for server testing and ZM gameplay!
